Just nothing happening right now and it's not like buyers are knocking down the door, Or do you mean it's surprising she's been able to hang onto that price range and not go lower? Cuz that seems to be more of what's actually happening, and don't get me wrong, I'm very long on this now and would love to see this moving upward but it needs a reason...
in for the long term right now, being within the next year or so, unless we get an amazing event that changes that.
