If they have something lined up...it is not quite lined up...but still lining up.

I believe mgmt won't press release on anything other then dry ink. (rightly or wrongly).

...not that Robert and Ivanhoe haven't delved in the world of no ink with press release very recently.

It is not the worst time in history for PGD to be trying to sign a catalyst of some sort.

$ 4 million in the bank.
$ no debt (no debentures), etc.
100% owned (don't take the royalty buy back lightly...it is huge in any negotation).

I guess that sums up the top 3 things from a company perspective that puts them in a decent position (They have been far worse off in the past on more then one occasion).

Then you add the fundamentals of Chidliak...and this dog does have legs.

Time to loosen up the leash.
