RE:Go it alone?A rollback does not change anything. 1000 shares or 100.000 shares, if you have to fund the mine, your contribution will be based on the percentage you own, not the number of shares.
The question is if the Friedlands want to do it. 50% of all the funds have to come from them and based on the last offering, that number will be most likely higher. Even if they want to do it, the next issue for them would be to find a way to do it without allowing a tird party access to a lot of cheap shares. If the talks break down, it will be because of the money. It is hard to believe that they would be willing to turn around and let the other guy have a nice chunk of the project for a lot less than what they were not willing to accept before.
The risk for the SP is that they are willing to take that chance. Any other option will result in a nice pop.
