In my mind of the different scenarios:
a. A private placement would already have happened (it doen't take 5 months to process)
b. As Ekim has stated, a rights offering will not happen ( Tom has also stated in several commentaries)
c. A discount also would have occurred by now.
(Any one of the above would have had us advancing the winter program)

Holding and buying.

Got a little distracted with Kirkland Lake Gold Friday but look to be back in the game Monday.
