Tom told a shareholder news is very soon on PGD.He mentions PEA has attracted industry interests that view PGD as a growth OP.
Now DDC changes its web site from logical buyer of new projects last month to M&A agenda bench marks (NOT JV) were exploration of new projects bought out by DDC adds value for DDC shareholders(again not JV) partner shareholders
The set Dec 8 for CC to review earnings and lay out future plans?
That very much points to a possible out right bid for all the outstanding PGD shares as DDC wants all of Chidliak for DDCs shareholders.
I now think a bid might come first and a JV the last option.DDC producers 8 million cts per year.Half of the 1.2 million mine plan for Chidliak would only give DDC 600,000 cts per yr.Thats not enough to move the DDC needle.Its my bet DDC bids for PGD any time now to yr end.
Dec 8 will be the date to watch. |
