Yeah, no news release.

I think we have all seem to lean on the NI43-101 disclosure rules of materiality and drillresults, etc. etc.

We have to remember that financing or JV or anything like that does not fall anywhere near NI43-101 rules...so all the disclosure, etc. rules that came about because of Bre-X does not apply in this case.

However, I believe there are rules for public companies...but I don't think at the same level.

If a company sees a depressed market..but has a financing signed and ready to go...I believe they can wait for the market to get better before announcing.

So, we may be stuck in no news release yet.

There could also be a milestone to get all permits/amendments approved etc. for the winter programme as a pre-requisite to any of the many permutations that could happen.

That NIRB stamp may be a requirement.
