Paying 3-4 times premium in today's conditions in the diamond industry is a pretty big wish. I do see a possibility for an agreement to pay for the winter program for a later buy-in for 50-60c if the results really add 2-300M to the NPV. Something DeBeers had before.
So to answer your question, I don't predict a sale for 60c. I am hoping for one though.
PGD has a bigger chance to play out as a long term investment than a short term, unless you bought in the 10-13c range. But then you should be out already. As Kaiser put it, the majority investors' interests are not aligned with the minority, which is an increase in SP.
