Ekim, you are a numbers guy, can you tell me what do you see as acceptable numbers for the Friedlands  for
1. an outright sale of Chidliak,
2. a JV
and if you think that the market conditions are favorable for achieving those numbers.
If not, what other options do you see for making the deal that in your opinion is still on the table.
