Cudjo, I originally bought into Peregrine at 0.20c. Buying/selling and the rights offering I currently sit at 0.18c. My position is fine thank you.
My personal opinion is the company felt an outright sell was probably in their cards at the beginning of last year. This does not appear to have come to fruition. That sucks.

On to Plan B. JV.
Very possibly still in the works.

If that doesn't pan out, Plan C. PDAC/PP/ or God forbid a rights offering (don't believe RO will happen)
Chantal Gosselin has been brought in for both Plan B or C.

As Ekim has stated the winter program is not imperative but certainly would keep momentum going.
The golden parachutes occurred when the immediate sale didn't happen. Now, put it in place for all the staff that actually deserve it benefit from it.
Silence. You can't say anything more then they already have if nothing has happened. It sucks but that is the reality.
