Lot of people
Lot of people on the sidelines, who like the fundamentals and are counting on cheap shares. The question is what wil happen if they realize they are not coming? Are they going to be pissed off or start chasing the stock? Once (if) the charts align with the fundamentals a lot of people will notice PGD.
