RE:A History Lesson
RE:A History LessonLC, I have always appreciated your comments and continue to do so. However I have to say that the PEA on just the top half of CH-6/7 has an INCREDIBLE IRR in comparison to all 3 of your examples. Jericho should NEVER have been built, Snap and Renard are banking on big diamonds. Chidliak, hell CH-6, can do a 28% IRR and provide cash flow of $120mil a year based on just the top 280meters.
If investors dont believe that one of the greatest mine promoters and now developers Robert Friedland and his backers/friends/family cant turn on a profit on this deposit then yeah I understand sell now and move on. This board has had so many discussions about where this is heading and the intent of management but I have YET to see one person show me an example of a pre-development deposit that has better grade and valuation in the entire WORLD than CH-6.
If you know of one please link it. I would be very happy to see it. KDI is a joke and millfeed, SGF wiffed, North Arrow wiffed, Dundee is miles away, Jay pipe keeps the lights on. All Canadian Diamond plays are out of favor right now and suffering, across the board. Not surprising PGD cant find a partner but I personally believe that has less to do with its deposit and more to do with the last few years of the mining industry as a whole and Canadian Diamond mining in particular. I want a rights offering, I would prefer it with warrants but I will take it either way and I will be there to make out like a bandit when this mine just a few hundred kilometres from my house goes into production. Just a matter of time.
