As Kid says we need this port and this area to become more self sufficient and establish itself in the north as "the go to" location.
If you were in places like Sakatoon, Calgary and Fort Mac over the last ten years you will see the resulting business and infrastructure that follows oil, mines and seed grains.
Mining is the first major catalyst towards growth in the far north.
