Yeah. The language basically was put in to say that Eric's loan has no strings attached at all to PGD...but in otherwards..no strings attached to Chidliak.

There is a reason why they want to leave Chidliak 100% owned by PGD, no royalties, no string attached, pipes not on IOL and all permits in place to continue the program for the next couple of years of work that will be required.

With the deal nearing an end..I don't even know if they needed to disclose the bridge loan...however I suspect that had to disclose the kickoff of the summer program and hence they did talk about money and how it was going to be funded to kick off with.

KDI loaned $5 million or so in some fashion from someone for 2+ months during their bulk sample program and they didn't disclose anything to the market of how and who or what.

That being said...with the exemption that Eric used...it would probably have been put on SEDAR...so why not mention it on the news release as well...a bit more transparent.
