For me it was about being given the opportunity to participate in financing at the same terms as other lenders. Though in every instance of this kind of funding in PGD's case there have been windows where shares could be purchased (without warrants mind you) at a lower price then the offering. Even at the 0.10c offering there was a small window to purchase shares at 0.095. For me I have always used these opportunities to lower cost base, once the rights were in my account I could sell down shares knowing I could (if I chose) replace them at lower cost or increase my position over all if the price dipped below the strike price significantly. This way I now have a weighted average below todays prices and feel confident that management has the shareholders interest at stake.
