RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Maybe Those are good points, but would you be so enamored to maintain your percentage at all costs?

Its a good reminder that cash is king and if you don't have any at hand, you may not be able to take advantage of offerings now or in the future. Those that can't afford to take advantage financially will be left behind under water for a long, long time, or forever.

As one of my previous post suggests, if you don't think dilution will occur in an exploration minded explorer, then you need to check your pulse...
