One less asset for DBC to go after...it it was interested at all.

It doesn't sound like $SGF was telling the world they were in talks with multiple players.
Just the one that they announced after they had that horrible leak happen.

Wonder if the regulators will find out who leaked.

newmont's 18 cent offering probably means that was the first deal signed and that would have involved lawyers and accountants, etc. Leak could easily have been with a non-ownership participant in the whole deal.
