I talked about this back in July. July 12th to be exact.
No one wanted to talk about it back then? Yeah or Nah on the subject..but now as we aproach the submission deadline we have a good old bull/bash session?
Anyone who hasn't done the 45 minutes of DD that I recommended back in July...probably doesn't have much of a leg to stand on on either side.
But for sake of sharing my due diligence....PGD should be asking for up to 7.5% of the total amount allocated to the north.
If they get 2.5%....great...if they get nothing..while it was an opportunity that still should not have been passed up.
This is in addition to the CIB...which is still launching.
