RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:this thing is overIf we do end up with another Rights offering and it is backed by Sprott/Rule....there is a disclosure section in offering indicating how many shares the backstop investors already have in the stock.

So even if Rule/Sprott own less than 5%, we would get a glimpse into their position to date.

Other then upcoming news or the ongoing NDA partner discussions, the only thing out there in the news world is that Eira Thomas has announced that she is working on a deal in a 'safe jurisdiction'  and to stay tuned to hear more. That is the only snippet of a rumour that I have. 
This was from a day or two ago...so pretty fresh. She would not disclose the location. Commodity is also unknown.
