RE:KDII not sure I stated anything would be game changing. I believe with KDI that having been a spinoff from MPVD, your properties are wrapped around Gacho Kue, having Dermot Desmond a major shareholder in both companies and having the brainpower from all parties this was played perfectly. KDI was taken off the books when MPVD needed it to be. The market financed the exploration on the speculation of exactly what happened.Everybody knew that after spending a billion dollars on Gacho Kue, having a 12 year mine life, that KDI would be pulled back into the fold at about a 30%+ premium.
Done. Mission accomplished.
Chidliak's grade may go up a bit but I am not sure if the resource will more than double because they didn't get all the necessary peirce points, with an undefined bottom of pipe modelling. The incorporation of a new pit slope will be defining to the resource as the elimation of that waste ore helps significantly to the open pit numbers.
The next two months will be interesting.

Share consolidation at AGM?
Rights offering?
JV?Partner?
We haven't missed any steps towards PFS/FS and everything been very slowly coming together but it has been a nail biter.
