RE:Mikes, I think first ever post on SHSH used to keep all the historic posts and then they must have made a business decision to start purging...which they do regularly now.
Hard to dig into historic posts at any point. Good on you if you found something old.
It sounds like me with the land mass comment. Any long positions, I like to hold a company that has value-add potential which usually comes with a significant land holding.
