RE:Eira's new role as CEO of LucaraI can't see how Eira will make Karowe any better.

Maybe Lundin's want to make Lucara more aggressive in the industry? No idea.

She is getting a bit of stipend with the dual transaction of her taking over CEO and also having a private company she partly owned get bought out by Lucara.

Seems awfully similar to Arctic star and its Finland transaction.

Are insiders really allowed to sell private entities to their public entities?

I guess so.
