AGM
AGMI see there has been some chatting on the forum today.
A total of 3 shareholders showed up at the AGM.
A German guy who was in 80's? I chatted him a bit.
And another younger guy who took off right after the meeting was over.
No Tom or Eric at the meeting. Tom is on the road at various destinations. The only one they disclosed was a stopeover in Peru for KZD related business. They did not elaborate on the other stops.
PEA update is targeted for early June.
No concrete plans for Summer yet as that will be fully dependent on Money based on negotiations/discussions that of course we know are ongoing...but we all lack detail of context of what they do or do not include. A summer program could be a $2 million expenditure or a $10 million expenditure. They are not really designing the program until the money is settled.
Nothing really new...but did have a good discussion with 3 of the Board members.
I did recommend a raincheck on a formal presentation and it looks like they will push for a presentation for the PEA update. I suspect a conference call type setting again.
