I hope your right ! i feel LUC interested in PGD more than NAR as Eira is already involved in NAR. If Nar only used Clara but LUC goes for PGD....they will have locked up the area of nunavut diamonds for themselves ! maybe LUC funds NAR and PGD. 
but one question would be why announce it at sprott my guess is sprott is in there too ?
