RE:PGD hoping for a bigger takeover bid!I wonder what the state of the relationship between Washington group and Rio Tinto after Washington bought out DDC.
If it is some assemblance of sanity...I wouldn't be surprised to see a joint Bid from Rio/Washington for PGD. It would reduce the cost of the buyout..but also reduce the capital risk for the development of Chidliak. They would also get access to DO-27 and I believe Washington Group is on very speaking terms with Archon Minerals...which is also a part owner in the DO area. I would be a bit easier to consolidate.
Just a side thought.
