25% of public float changed hands over 3 months

From Nov 1st through to today about 23.5 million shares of traded hands.
That is over a total of 94.5 million shares on the public float.

Equates to 25% shift in ownership.

Of note on the warrants.
There is about 26.8 million warrants on the public float and 45.1 on the insider float.

It is still in the best interest of PGD to raise the full $15 million if possible and that means a share price above 21 cents leading up to the April exercise.

Need to get all the previous long term holders who are now non-believers out, with new fresh hands coming in who see the real value leading up to the PEA in 2016

Ha-ha.

What is this, the church? You have to have blind fate in management, without asking questions? I thought it was their job to convince shareholders that it was worth holding. How hard is it to believe in an upside if you got in at 15-20c? Try to believe in the same upside if you average 50-60c.. Blame the long term holders for where we are, it's probably them and not the management.

Yeah blame the long-term share holders who participated in the financing that put money in the pockets of the company to continue to expand the resource and move this project forward....totally their fault.....

You did your job, Kidlapik. It's time to walk away and let  the new guy make 3-5x on their investment. After all, you already got your chance, no? Let someone else have theirs, too.

My point is this. If everyone saw the Rights offering as terrible and did not participate the big 3 would own this company. Out-right. After warrants exercised they would have 50% of the company just from Rights/warrants not even counting what they previously owned. Without the long-term shareholder base this would be a lot less of an opportunity for new share holders than it currently is as ...more

Mike, question for you, I asked a couple of days ago, that maybe you missed: With all the drilling equipment on site, would they be able to test the depth of CH-6 or is that two completely separate entities, procedures?  Thx in advance...

Yup, end of day uptick again..and above the strike price of the warrants. Noticed a small amount uptick on the warrants themselves in the last 5 minutes. 90K more shares traded today then yesterday as well. Seems to be significant volume first half of the day and then it settles back. That is what I'm been seeing. LONG...PGD EKIM

The core drilling can go quite deep. SWY did some down 1 km into the earth...Those are called million dollar holes..cause they can cost $1 million per single drill hole. I believe I read somewhere at some point the depth of the unit that PGD has onsite for the LDD. It was 200 to 300 metres or some such. Mostly used to get a quantity of diamonds for valuation..but I think it is also used to ...more

Not blaming any long term shareholders. I am one who has owned for almost 7 years, buying through the ups and downs, with over 7 figures of shares. Maybe my words were misinterpretted. Point was that new believers is a good thing.

It is more likely that an oldtimer will hold onto their position at 40c than someone who bought at 15c. You needed conviction to hold your position, let alone add to it.
