are listening. Let's give them ideas. The warrants could be a drag on the stock. If you want a nice little trick, try this: tell people that you are considering a spinoff with shares issued to share and warrant holders as of the beginning of April. See if people are willing to sell their warrants for 2c after. No warrants, there is the shares left only to buy, no more drag until you get to 30c.

I am not saying they should do it, just tell people that they are considering it. There is nothing wrong about it and it might provide the cushion against the warrants.

Agreed, this would also give people a little time to plan and arrange the funds for the warrants if they choose to exercise..

I think most people here made plans with the warrants as soon as they got them. What I would like to avoid is a vicious circle where the shares and the warrants drag each other down, taking turns, holding the SP basically at 21c at best until the warrants expire. By putting some extra value on the warrants, the company could create an incentive for people to hold them close to expiry, making them ...more
