Rights offering at MPV - Leaks?
Interesting how the stock price floated down over the last 2 weeks as this news release has just come out.

Shareprice will probably float down to that magical $4 strike price as it shows once again that the fairest form of financing has a negative effective regardless of how fair you think fair is.

They used more than 5 to 1, 5-day VWA and a discount less than 20% and a standby agreement. A bit better than 50% discount with 2 to 1 offering, 1 to 1 if you take the warrants into account. 30c would be so sweet right now.
