It's getting pretty clear with today's news.

There have been doubts whether Chidliak could sustain a small 1 pipe mine alone.

With today's news, it is  getting clearer that the end result is leading to a 2 pipe mine.

With the today news and the bit of high grade zone in ch-7, if the carat value come in at $80 to $100 per carat, it is still possible to inlclude in the mine plan.

We still won't know the modelled value until early in 2016, but today's news puts a little less pressure on achieving stellar values.

CH6 will be the main driver of NPV.
CH7 will be the main driver in extending the mine life and having a reasonable sized mill.
CH44 will be some additional tonnage to stabalize the flow from the other 2 pits.

Looking good.

Doesn't seem like the doubts are gone.

The CH-7 caustics show that 1.04cpt is just the minimum we can expect, will have to dig through the release to see if it shows ...more

CH-7 = 3.7-6 million tonnes of kimberlite Was thought to be at 1.04cpt, caustics showing potential to be as high as CH-6 (2.58cpt) in areas. So before calculations would be that CH-7 = an additional 3.7-6million carats now that could be different 3.7-6million carats at 1.04cpt before 6.62-10.74 million carats at 1.81(half the difference between the CH-7 & CH-6 results) 9.54-15.48 million ...more
