Dundee hiding in the closet....yet again.

I believe Dundee resides outside the 5 day insider reporter list.

Either way, they have ceased to become an insider on a reported day of April 2nd, 2015.

That means they own less then 10% of the stock of outstanding shares as of April 2nd.

My calculations indicate that they would have had to sell at least 13 million shares (exclusive of the warrants) to get under that 10% threshold.

No way they intended on exerecising the warrants.

The listed indirect shares for Ned/Dundee was 13,577,495.
and the Direct shares for Ned were 22,143,000.

Theoretically a portfolio mgr at Dundee sold all the indirect shares, etc. and possibly Ned still owns the other 22 million shares still and doesn't have to report them anymore.

That is the only positive outcome...if that were the case.

Otherwise, we are flying blind again with Dundee.

ugh.

Something doesn't make sense.  In the last 3 months, 17-18 million shares were traded. Also, as an insider shouldn't we have seen them show up in the insider reports?

Goodman is using investors money. It is really hard for him to make a case for taking more risks. I mentioned it a few months ago that it is not enough that the Friedlands exercise their warrants, they have to make sure that the SP is well over the 21c for Goodman to be able to put more money into this. For that, they would have had to buy on the open market but I guess they had other plans.

I do not pretend to understand the exceptions for institutions and mutual funds. "There are also important exemptions available for certain 10% holders such as mutual funds who can be given relief under National Instrument 62-103 (Part 4) from reporting on SEDI and instead file Alternative Monthly Reports on SEDAR (www.sedar.com)." -- 62-103 article All legal speak. Here is something from 2011 that pertains in this some issue. -- Ned Declaration Either way...they are obviously independent of the report within 5 business days rule. LONG...PGD EKIM

Whenever you want to invest more money in a stock, the smart thing is to look at it as a fresh investment, even if you are already in and heavily biased on the bullish side. Goodman had nothing to take tohis investors. The market lacks direction, it is either topping or basing, definitely not the time to increase your exposure. The stock is in a downtrend, recently hit 6-7 year lows and could be ...more

I would also suspect that Dundee is facing more redemptions and less contributions. That dwindles the available capital all around. LONG...PGD EKIM

Well that kind of action by Dundee/Ned does kind of support the whole Eric/Robert wanting to take this thing private theory. Could be another rinse repeat of Dundee selling into any news to keep the share price down for the foreseeable future.
