For me the only news I care about is bulk sample results and valuations which are months away. Will we get bigger stones out of CH-6? Will CH-7 live up to the 1cpt grade, maybe exceed it? Is CH-44 actually in line with CH-7? Then the biggest question what are the value of the diamonds in CH-7 and CH-44? That stuff is exciting.

Kidlapik, I think most agree with you 100%, but that does not mean if you were so inclined, to want to trade this on the way to those results.

Yes I agree there will always be people looking at it just for quick trading. I think the problem that exists for those people right now is that it was quite easy to do this with PGD for the past two years because every rise was met by a sell off so it was simply a matter of Oh it climbed? Sell. There it is back down buy again in anticipation of the next climb to sell as the market was very ...more

For sure it is always a risk and an unkown when trying to trade any stock, but as you mentioned, there does seem to be the somewhat obvious price movement surrounding news events.  If you propose to be able to time them perfectly all the time, then I would propose you are not beeing  truthful as Cudjo found out by selling, as he stated at .30, but it meet his goal and he did make a ...more
