It could have and still coud go either way as there is just not a lot of stock being offered either way, down to .32 and upwards of .37... Day is still a long away from ending, place your bets.

32 or 37 pennies and we are still within the handle of the cup and handle. Things are looking extremely bullish. ....not a good idea to rush a bull...patience one must have....either that or stand next to someone with a bright red shirt and you should be fine. LONG...PGD EKIM

Very bullish signs! Bouncing between the .30 to .40 range and believe this sp will go fast once it gets tracks and the insider buying is significant. Will be holding!!
