Well I have something negtaive to post about company

Not that I'm any kind of a bigshot or anything, but I would expect that the company would respond to my email enquiries, one would think, since they provide one to do so.

I have emailed them every day this week without fail and they have failed to respond every day as well, without fail, a perfect score! Its not like I'm asking for inside info either, just whether or not they would consider providing a timeline update considering the delays and questions brought up here, on this forum.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Quite the opposite when calling the office.

True enough. Phone the office and ask if any senior staff is there that can answer any questions you have. More likely Brooke or Tom. Or you can leave your number to get phoned back. I suspect email replies must be up to snuff from a legal point of view as they are recorded in print. non-recorded audio conversations are a bit more casual. LONG...PGD EKIM

I expect my email enquiries to be responded to every time.  If it was my business, that is the standard I would expect of my staff.  Someone is not doing their job, plain and simple, and it is not acceptable in todays electronic world.

I have had mixed experiences myself. Sometimes I get an answer quickly and sometimes I don't. I don't always expect an answer...but I regularly include a line emphasizing that they can just leave an answer blank or no comment. That way they can answer the questions they feel comfortable with and leave the other ones for the lawyers or for time to pass. I try to make detailed enough ...more

Finally received an email back from the company. Nothing earth shattering: - summer dril program coming to a close and market will receive an update in the next couple of weeeks - all bulk samples in ports in Montreal now being prepared for delivery to Sask. - future timeline for processing will be provided in due course I don't think there was anything new in that just confirmation. thanks five, looks like processes won't start until September now, timeline pushed back about a month because of ice issues.
