Sub a dime seems quite pessimistic at this point. Wouldn't the time for falling below a dime come right after the Rights hit the accounts as there was an easy 30-50% to be made. Now anyone who has not sold off the position covered by their rights or their rights entirely are awaiting results so you are saying that you believe the Technical results are going to be poor and will force this sub a

Less than 3 calendar weeks till exercising. A few days before that there will be a massive selling of rights (could be millions, depending on US holdings) at market price. If the results are not out in 2 weeks, that might be enough. If they were serious about "way before the rights expire", the company has 5 days to put the news out.
