We are stuck with the 10 cent stigma. I think the problem is perspective. I for one will look at a company and if they do a large private placement....I take it as two things. 1 - The company has money and at a share price of X. I generally think that is an area of support. 2 - A lot of private people got this very reasonable private placement price...if I were to buy higher, I'd feel like

Cudjo, you were wrong by what aprox 30% about the SP closing at 8 cents by Friday.   I guess you're not so smart after all...is it time to buy? What will the SP be next Friday? or the Friday after? because I don't know...need your expertise. Will you admit to being wrong, or are you ignoring questions as well?
