As of Mar.14t h believed a fair market value right now for PGD was between 0.25-0.63c with a production target NPV of $686-915-Million or $1.89-2.51 per share. Risk of this being cut in half due to farm out which would put adjust his target to $1.25/share.

I understand what JK is saying and I know his experienec and expertise trumps mine easily, but I don't entirely agree with him only because of the choices management made in pricing the financing at such a low rate compared to what it was trading at, not once, but twice...but that's water under the bridge and you can cry like a baby forever or you can move forward, but there is definitely ...more

You mean 4 times. All rights offering are done at a discount by design and PGD has done 4 of them in its timeline. You just haven't been around long enough to know that. I am actually really long on this play from a broker techspeak point of view.long...PGD...ekim

You are correct, I've only been active with Pgd since the last 2.  Yes I realize that offering the rights at a discount is not only expected and almost a "rule", and historically proven to be so, it was the discount that was kinda suspect in that the discount offered, seemed to be higher or lower, depending on how you look at it, than industry historic numbers would have ...more

I just read the JK tracker where it is interesting to note that he says his rating went down for management concerning a risk factor from high to very low, because of the lessening, in his opinion, of the F bro's taking this private.

At least we seemed to have leveled out with support between .16 - .17.  Hopefully the dump trucks are done and we can move forward and bounce on the NR's from here.

It did establish support at 16c. It gives hope for the bulls, but nothing changes until we break 21c. The question now is if CH7 will provide enough gunpowder for that. If not, then we have to hope that it will not disappoint so much that people would not wait for the PEA before dumping. Anyway, what will eventually move the stock up will have to be big because after 21c the next step would be 30c ...more

We broke .21 not so long ago, and nothing really changed, so not sure why this would be any different if it did now, unless the PEA is good...news on CH7 will not do it IMO, which is not so far fetched considering the markets reaction to CH 6 news...

Failed support will bring another set of resistance.

Wow, Haywood still dumping shares, how many does Mill have? can anyone post how many shares Haywood has traded over the last 2-3 weeks please?

Think market will anticipate good 7 news, glue and tape is the hope, and the company doing the update has experience doing that.  Still a lot of dump trucks loaded with dime shares, after the volume the past few weeks, less the obvious that wont sell, i estimate at least 20 to 30 million dime  bagholders looking for a nice double.  Trouble is they are running out of money, have no ...more

For now volume is reinforcing support, so you never know Cudjo. The problem is that one seller can crash the whole thing.
