1 for 30 share exchange takeover by MPV for PGD doesn't give a lot of premium. I personally don't think the Friedland's would take it. MPV is getting some strong paper though. Not sure if Patrick is interested in acquiring other assets. Possibility. LONG...PGD EKIM

The problem I see with a paper takeover is the cash needed to develop PGD. In my opinion unless the company taking over has a nice cash flow, the share price will be affected by the upcoming expences. We need a solution that establishes a nice uptrend and gives us a bit of time to take advantage of it. Otherwise everyone will try to sell at once and the SP will be killed again, unless it is a

Let's hope that changes and soonbecause it's hard to see a lot of catalysts after the PEA, beside a deal. To count on that if the price does not move before would be just dreaming.
