What happened?

Strong run up to 24.5 cents then the smack down came. The markets is fearing another financing I would guess or if one was to happen it seems the price is below 20 cents and could be the reason the shares keep falling after the past two run ups to 25 cents.I think the company is working on a deal of some kind but the buyer might be brought in on an already agreed price below 20 cents. This is only speculation on my part but I have to wonder just prior to PEA no run up that holds? Why ? I guess we wait to see but the smack down below 20 cents may signal any financing price may be already set.Given the fact that the last two were done at half the prior trading days price is causing fear it might happen again. If so then PGD is a dead duck.I hope the Friedlands are not going to do such a foolish move again.I doubt they will but hey you never know.I have told the company that the last two financings were not good for long term shareholders. I still hold my position but WILL sell it if they do another financing below the market price below 20 cents.

I disagree oiltar yesterday was a first test of a 52 week high. It did not make it but pulled back. We are so close to the pea and have a bunch of new investors in the picture. This churn is very, very healthy. The pea is a couple weeks to go....there is no latecomers to the train allowed. A couple more weeks to but a ticket and that ticket price will go up each week. If you are not on the train ...more

Strange reaction to one trading day for someone who has been promoting the company based on numbers. You really assumed that peopledon't have the common sense to take a solid 100% gain? The PEA should validate you. Any financing under 20c should be an opportunity for you to gobble up shares, togheter with the Friedlands, not to flush them down the toilet. Because if you think that liquidating ...more

Mill. Things are going to get even stranger leading up to the PEA. Big money will not want the stock to just run yet until they are happy with what they have. Once they determine that, we coudl see some serious, serious gains. Until then, there could manipulation and games being played all around. Consider it noise and nothing else because you are right, the PEA should validate the longs and ...more

For short to medium term this whole thing hinges on one man's ideas and how much risk the market can take. It is not about manipulation, it's more about expectations and risk management from a lot of longs, and the effect of short term traders. I, for example, only put extra money in the stock when the 10c rights came up to be exercised and a short term position when the price dipped under ...more

Mill, it is IMHO, about manipulation because we don't know what is happening behind the scenes, but I can assure you, some are in the know outside of the company, that is a given in this situation. So I was correct, you were and still are buying and selling Pgd...good for you, you must be doing very well for yourself.

Mike, your last post hit on the nail perfectly...I love the way in about 10 sentences you are able to encapsulate the situation in a understandable succinct and in layman's terms the situation as it most likely will occur.  I know it is still opinion, but based on your experience and knowledge of the situation,I would have a strong tendency to promote your scenario over most. Good job!

Yeah. Once we get going...assuming the powers to be, let it...we may actually see some parabolic action. Not sure.. There will be huge speed bumps along the way for sure. As I posted over at one of the other forums. The Chidliak PEA will come out and some eyes will be opened and some of those people will be saying -- "What the h$ll is a Chidliak?" LONG...PGD EKIM

Mill, Mill, Mill....why are you turning on your bud Cudjo?  Oh, because that's good for you at this time isn't it?   Just like your buying scenario from I think last week, not everyone can, and will, or want to continue to buy, buy, buy.  Some like to stay put and oh my gosh, actually sell some of their position at a profit, no matter how much you consider them a so called ...more
