You can't make this stuff up.

Seriously.  After yesterday's problems...more problems today??

Geez.

CBC issued and retracted and re-released a new article over the last 60 minutes.

They mis-interpreted Tom's net $25 million cost difference between the seasonal road to the all weather road as the actual capital cost of the actual road.

$25 million for the all weather road is a bargain.....geez....if only that was true.

It has been corrected and now displays $95 million.

Even the reporters on the call got it wrong....and now anyone who saw the original article at $25 million and now see $95 million...are going OMG...that is really expensive and totally lose context of reality.

Such is the reality of Chidliak....it is a constant shift between imaginary and reality...and doesn't necessarily stick to one or the other.

I have worked on constuction in the far Arctic, the DEW line many years ago....I was there 18 months.....PRB, needs a road to Frobisher Bay, and then build a wharf, which will be difficult to maintain, but not impossible....the reason is the high tides in the Bay....all this talk that it is impossible, is nonsense, look at the Mary's River iron mine, 1000 miles to the north, or the Victor mine
