Global Mining Management provides administration and accounting services. I think it is far more likely they are contracted to look after these services for PGD than to assume this is some kind of merger in the works. Most likely they do this for most of the companies in the building.

Ivanhoe Mining, Global Mining Management and Peregrine Diamonds are all located at 999 Canada Place in Suite 654. All nice to "save" expenses by sharing space but when reviewing all three companies financials I certainly don't see that three split of expenses. It's more of a cash grab by "cloak and dagger". Don't forget there is also - Asia Gold Corp. Goviex
