Keep guessing.
The only reason we see a depressed SP is indeed because of management.
They have a plan, and it's not one of two things, hasn't been for a long time, it's only one thing.
Everyone can speculate on what it is. Post your opinions all you wise people!

Buy out @ NPV $744 million. Since they are already have 1/2 the shares it will be half the cost. I'll take $2.20/sh

What leads you to believe a price so far above the NPV of the pre-feasibility study is warranted? Or even that a price close to the NPV of a pre-feasibility study is warranted at this stage?
