The Loan will be repayable on or before the earlier of September 30, 2017 and two business days after the date on which the Company closes any equity financing by way of issuance of shares.

The piece of the release I thought interesting - they are CONFIDENT on the funding. The loan is only so work can start immediately. Could this be a JV partner? You would think that if their plan was to do another rights offering we would have done that by now. Perhaps - as others have said - the funding will fall out of the changes taking place in the Canadian diamond mining market (DDC etc). This ...more

Sorry, just to correct what I posted before as I was half awake when I read the release...That Eric is loaning the company the mil, not Eric obtaining a loan as I'm sure everyone but me noted....sorry!
