Financing
I cannot see a good way to do a financing after results. At least a framework has to be released before. If the results are excellent, that might change the situation, but spending 7.5M without having the money is reckless, the very least.

Agree, like the carriage before the horse scenario...seems disjointed and perhaps very damaging to all parties involved.
