Kodiboy, it would be hard to prove anything illegal in this. They are putting more money in it than any other investor. Nothing stops others to do the same, just gobble up whatever they can. I believe the management has a duty to protect the share price though, so we can talk about unethical or incompetent, but illegal? Most likely not.

Who in their right mind would feel sorry for Silverwhere? There is a slight problem with that logic, Cudjo. For it to work we have to assume the Friedlands are idiots and could not forsee that. It would be safer to believe that they were lying and they have no intencion to let anyone in. But again, if that's the case, it will eventually pay off for the longs.

agree, Friedlands are not idiots, there are ways to profit, longs rewards, if any, all rest on the summers progress, the dilution here today, and with the addition of 60 million more shares, and addition of millions and millions more along the path to so called greatness to the sparkly future, with what they claim is in the ground now, means the sp will never see the light of day.  Good Luck.
