what are the next steps after drilling results ?

some people are with pgd for years. and the price stays at the bottom.
I came recently and I do believe in the potential.

What can make the price goes up ?

You are not the first, and quite possibly not the last who bought into Pgd thinking that this was it, this time it will live up to its potential. Welcome to the longs and very longs. If you are wondering what would make it go up, that one is easy. Greed. Buyers who think they cannot buy any lower and sellers who believe that they can sell it for a lot more.

Thanks Mill, And what about a fantastic drilling result ? That is what would trigger the price up and up. Its been so many years that friedland are there and they are not there for nothing. They probably know something we dont know yet. Did they put all this project on hibernate on purpose and waited the right time ?

I think the last 3 rights offerings yielded about 300M shares. Put 50% of that in Fredlands' hands and you still have 150M shares that were issued at 10c and 21c. Excellent drilling results will definitely  move the SP, but to what point? There is serious resistance at 20c, 30c and 40c. What can provide enough momentum to move the stock over all that and some to make buyers feel confident ...more

excellent results might pop it to 20 cents. Going to take a partner to get it anywhere IMO.

20c is not such a tall order. News that Sprott is seriously involved might be enough to get there. Their buying, if they don't get enough rights, could do that as well. Good results might get you 30c, depending on the timing.

Predicting the SP is kinda a useless endeavor, for me, the issue is what action to take when it reaches 20-30-40 cents, 5 cents...I'm thinking some may agree? Maybe?

good point kodi, plan your exit entry, and then work your plan.  For the newbies, this project will only move forward, and share price, with money.  Proving 6 continues at depth with similar diamonds, taking it from a very nice very small pipe, to a medium size very nice pipe, will draw money/investors in, however, it will only be done at the Friedlands price.  RR getting involved ...more

If the SP goes up on some kind of results, you know, almost 100% of the time it drops back down.   If there is a major, and I agree with some recent posts, major news, then that may be a different scenario, especially if dove tailed with some kind of positive exploration results, then we should see an uptick that will maintain a new SP for a while.   What will that be?  What will ...more

They are at 14 cents based on what they have proven to date and 10's of millions in drilling, bulk samples ,studies, etc. Do not see how a few drill holes on a known pipe to increase tonnage are going to get them to double their market cap. Need another catalyst IMO
Comment by ekim on Aug 09, 2017 3:45pm
The drill results themselves won't be doing anything...unless there is a big surprise. They teased of a minor surprise with the new kimberlite hit. There is potential there. It is the resource conversion to inferred that will allow the NPV to go from half billion to $1 billion. There is no guarantee that even that will be a catalyst. Not too many billion $ projects in the world even in the ...more

well if they want to go production one day there should and will be a major discovery that will secure more than a billion $ project. It is already a billion dollar but it can double

Mike, very good points. My only comment and opinion that I want to stress, is that this could be a good trading stock in the next 1-6 months. Some have pointed out recently, that no matter what, at this time this is still a very high risk, high reward enterprise. So proceed with a plan and be cautious of what harm one could suffer, financially and personally if you make the wrong choice. Good ...more

Trading the stock? Who knows over the next 1 to 6 months...too fuzzy. In the next 2 weeks? Easy. Buy the stock today for 14 pennies and immediately put a sell order for 18 pennies that expires in 2 weeks. If the sell order expires unfilled..then sell immediately at market for a a breakeven or loss or a slight gain and call it a day. PGD and even KZD in January have had relief rallies after ...more

Mike your points are well taken and my comment is directed to what seems to be a buy and hold philosophy that in the heyday of the Pez and the Vancouver stock exchange, would be thought as craziness. A paper win or lost over a long period of time seems useless and for what reason...when do you sell, why do you sell or buy?  Seems obvious to me....

If you can ride dividends with paper gains instead of cold hard cash.....that would be ideal. People say paper gains mean nothing unless you sell them and liquidate. Tell that to the people collecting dividends off those paper gains. They will tell you very much so that they are real. I have no idea if the friedlands have the desire to construct and operate a diamond mine. They do love diamonds. ...more

Mike as you noted, many permutations to consider over many years and years.
