500K at an average 14.5/15 is $72/75K, Canadian (please dont bash again) moving from a 401K? If there were rumors/leakage, I suspect we would see a steeper rise in volume. Next week may be fun. Good luck.

One buyer ordered 500,000 shares at market just before close. For PGD that is unusual. It does make me wonder whether there will be news on Monday.

It is unusual - but as Cudjo said it is only a $75k trade. Larger than the ones I am making to be sure - but still relatively small in the grand scheme of things. I posit that any news Monday would be relating to funding plan or a strategic partner - I personally am not expecting any.

Considering that PGD has been languishing in this price range for a few years now with trading at a mostly plodding pace, someone dropping 75K$ on a late Friday afternoon on a sudden market buy does suggest to me that that that person has strong reason to believe that something has changed. We will see.

I have been watching for years. This has happened before prior to news. Don’t know whether there were any questioned asked.
