Cudj, I can’t exactly say why and I know how that sounds but just note a long time friend of mine, who I trust completely, said he saw a party of people at a dinner table, who “may’ have a good reason to be together.  Only a rumour, don’t kill the messenger.

Maybe it was merely a thank you/retirement party for Peter Meredith? They still,as of yet, have not acknowledged the fact the guy is no longer on the board. Very odd.

Don't think they will do a NR on his retiring, if it is a retirement, Bloomberg still shows him on several boards, when/if they fill his seat, then there will be a NR.  The filing is on Sedar, so in effect, has been acknowledged.  Good luck.

Very possible a retirement thang. Remember only a rumour as I didn’t see it with my own two eyes to completely confirm...could have been someone else? So don’t take it to the bank...just yet!

nothing this morning, and I don't think I have ever seen a NR from the company on a Friday, maybe next week, or maybe it was just a send-off dinner ;), too bad.  It did kick off some discussion, it has been pretty boring as of late, thanks kodi. Well, it goes without saying that people can have a dinner together and it’s just, a dinner.  Also doesn’t mean that nothing interesting was discussed that would lend itself to some kind of deal. We all know that whatever happens, it will happen on their timeline, not ours.
