Cudjo, you mentioned on numerous occasions the lack of institutional investors in Peregrine. Interestingly enough it has been Instinet that has been (all be it limited) the buyer of late over the last couple of weeks. Only a few hundred thousand but still buying slowly.

Instinet has been in and out for a while. At least 2 years. There really is no institutional holding, at least not one reported or over a few hundred K shares.

unfortunately, that is what millions of dime shares do to a company, so the next time someone tries to tell you that 50% discounted rights are not dilutive, you can use pgd as an example.  That doesn't mean they are not fair to retail, they get to participate, Canucks in this case, but still hugely dilutive.  (Do the math,  think they were around 80 cents when the dive to

Rights don't have to be dilutive. The idea behind rights is that you have a choice to contribute or sell your rights to counter the dilutive effect. The way Pgd did it left the rights basically worthless, leaving shareholders with no choice.

From reading of the technical reports and news releases I believe the next step in the process is to fund a DMS on site for the concentration of ore, allowing for air lifts to take the concentrate straight to the SRC. Of rlelevant news recently....the Government of Nunavut was looking for some potentially decent royalties from future mine production along the Grays bay port road. That road got dealt an almost fatal blow 2 weeks ago.  Chidliak must be looking just a bit better for territorial royalties. The KIA is a strong organization...just look at Back River permitting....but they are not half billion
