Institutional buyer
Cudjo, you mentioned on numerous occasions the lack of institutional investors in Peregrine. Interestingly enough it has been Instinet that has been (all be it limited) the buyer of late over the last couple of weeks. Only a few hundred thousand but still buying slowly.
Cheers

thanks shneps, a good website for a look at ownership and free is Morningstar, Mont Blanc Capital Management AG is now been shown as a new buyer, 250K shares as of the end of March, good catch and IMO unusual at these prices and stage before what is expected by posters here. Maybe because it is spring, birdies are flying, positive change, good luck.

Instinet has been in and out for a while. At least 2 years. There really is no institutional holding, at least not one reported or over a few hundred K shares.

true enough mil, but the 250K is a change, there hasn't been anything for years, a one off is just a one off, a trend is required, deep pocket partner would start a trend IMO. Good luck.

Does closer to a million for a start tweek your interest?

Any buying gets my interest if it leads to a move in the price. If it's more than an opportunity for someone to offload their shares then it's all good.

Now that was interesting. Looks like a nice iceberg by Instinet. Let's see if it continues. We need it because today could not make a dent in the supply.

It took pretty everything at 16c without crossing to 16.5c so I totally agree. Let's see what happens tomorrow. I also see somebody threw a half a million in on the 17c ask today. Cheers

Rights don't have to be dilutive. The idea behind rights is that you have a choice to contribute or sell your rights to counter the dilutive effect. The way Pgd did it left the rights basically worthless, leaving shareholders with no choice.

How does selling your rights not contribute to dilution?

Why do we need a feasibility study NOW - and the alleged $50M to do it NOW as well? Right - we don't. Cudjo's fantasy. Explore the other pits with trenching, THEN maybe a bankable feasibility study on a larger plant and longer mine life is the path if you ask me.

Sigh. Fake numbers - fake scenarios - wild assumptions - same old cudjo. The one thing you get right is that we need a partner; nothing new there.

so what makes my potential senarios fake and yours true? Other than the koolaid your drinking? Or the glasses your wearing? If you want to be successful in business, take away emotion, good luck.

Did they say that the $50M full FS was the next step in development at Childiak? No. If you tell me why YOU - CUDJO why thinks this is the next step I will tell you why I think you are wrong? Your arguments fall apart is you discount the $50M full FS as the next step in development.

what comes after a pre feasibilty? Who priced a FS at 50 million, not me, your hero JK did, use him only when it suits you? Who told shareholders the company is gong to put this on ice, or just do some further exploration, at least I am using info the company has provided, if anyone is guess it is you.

cool, for the record I am currently long, and as a long, would not be happy with status quo, icing this for a year or more, or just kicking around some dirt next winter with DMS and no partner. Good luck

Before we worry about the road (government is not going to pay for all of it) what is happening with the deep water port? I have not been able to find anything related to the tendering or construction.
