Wheres a better project then ?

Luc celebrating 17 cpht PGD might have close to 3 to 4 cpt in high grade ! some fancy colored too.
if luc looking at pgd they have an extra 35 million from last EST sale. maybe they were hoping for the 50 million pgd needs.

but no use speculating its BOOM or DOOM on the horizon....but i dont see friedlands parting with a loss.

GLTA would be nice to know whats up in 2018.

maybe cudjo is right more toilet paper for shareholders.

So what is $NPV of LUC vs PGD?

Quick response...just because there is not, maybe, a better project out there, doesn’t make in the grand scheme of things, PGD a good project. I mean, something stinks, something just isn’t right....what that is, who, I, don’t know at this time.   Ya gotta be wondering, what the frick is going on?

you are right in your opinion.....you wouldnt get an argument from me on your sentiments. im frustrated as can be as a shareholder its been years of BS due to ownership structure i believe. I stay here cause of the project and location (even thou remote) i am a northerner so if the project fails it is because of the FRIEDLANDS only....but guess if it turns into something spectacular theyll take ...more

Based entirely on the amount of time passing us by, they must be working on an all or nothing deal. Realistically, should a look see deal, take this long? I mean, to you or I, I’m thinking 30-50 mil is an extremely large number to go to the next step, but gee, they can’t be thinking of putting that onto the backs of the many retail SH’s, could they?  Seems like that may be the case, hope ...more

I've been wondering what's going on for a LONG LONG time.  Friendlands" no spring chickens, getting up in age.  What are their plans for this???   Jeez, long-time shareholders are DYING waiting and hoping for good news here-

MPV took 20 years to get to a mine. We appear to be on roughly the same timeline. Mining in Nunavut is a relatively new experience. The government is very very pro mining, but logistically it is a tough environment to operate in - anybody at Medowbank can tell you about that right now. The diamonds are there. I hope your patience continues; mine will.

Communication, Schocor. That's the key. Don't treat your shareholders like you treated DeBeers. Especially after you went to them for help so many times. In the last 4 years how many times did we hear from them? Except from publishing the results, all other communication was about more rights offerings.

I think that most of us left on this forum are aware of how long it takes to get from initial indicator minerals on the surface to a mine...hopefully everyone knows that already.  But point well taken nonetheless.  Ive been around for over 20 years perusing the diamond mining business, but those days, 25 yrs ago, are long gone and many are happy about that....much less all-out BS in the ...more

It would be great to get more communication. But lets bet honest - what would they be telling us? Effectively, this project is on a shoe string budget for the past 5 years. Like parking a ship sideways to weather a storm. The info we are getting is the info they have - what else are you guys wanting from mgmt. communication wise? Have you every called management to ask your questions? What would ...more

It would be nice to know the direction the company is headed. This is a minor that seems to want to play with the majors. The market prices them accordingly. A little clarification on that could bring on a price correction. Knowing that they are willing to accept the reality that we minor shareholders face, namely no resources to bring this to a mine and a cr@ppy environment for this kind of ...more

As a potential SH again, the fact there is no communication, is saying everything. Agree, nothing to communicate, is nothing to communicate, that is the problem. I don’t want them to just communicate just for the sake of doing so, I want some clear information that is legal and meaningful to what, when, who and why, is going on? Surely some info can be disseminated to cure the distrust and ...more

I did not hear a lot of concrete examples about what you want the company to communicate here guys. They communicated pretty well on CH6 - which is the only thing that has gone on in the last 2-3 years. Everytime we put out a press release it says funding is needed. There is a shareholder meeting where this was stressed as well. Until there is money - what is there to communicate? PR's DO COST ...more

Can’t speak for anyone else about what specifically they want communicated, by my issue/concern is as a potential SH, that there is nothing going on, zilch, and like I said, it’s like this play is dead with no reason to invest in. So, it’s no news that is a concern for me. Its really that simple. Nuthin is going on. Would you or anyone else who is currently a SH be ok with that if it ...more

Well I for one want to see more action next year (greenfield exploration and trenching of previous identified kimberlites). Of coruse we need $$$ to do that. But based on the PR's that we HAVE see this year, I have a PEA, a very robust NPV and a lot of greenfield potential. What known is known. I will continue to hold even if they literally do nothing next year. We are waiting on capital...and ...more

Of course, we are living in a tiny fish bowel here on this little forum, it goes without saying that what we say or do will have absolutely no impact at all...which always makes me wonder why some people get so wounded with the comments pasted here...it’s meaningless! To each their own, but I can’t understand why you would be ok waiting not only for the rest of this year, but next as well, for ...more

wont be any news until they have decided the path this will take, bottomless paper pit, its is close to that now, or a partner.  Wont be any news with a part time CEO, and a Chairman who has gone underground for literally years.  Only 2 ways for this to go, we will know shortly, they are flat broke by now or very close to it.  That all said, nothing is stopping from management, part ...more

Cudj, I’m no walking memory bank, please post examples of when a roll back has helped the SP in a positive way?  Or are you saying it’s just an option?
Comment by cudjo on Jun 27, 2018 9:53pm
