If one does no other due diligence on Passport Potash, at least do this. Click on this interactive map of the Holbrook potash basin. Along the left side one can toggle on and off landholdings of HNZ Potash, Passport Potash, Prospect Global Resources, the Hopi Indians and the Petrified National Forest. NOTE: The Twin Buttes and Fitzgerald ranches are controlled by Passport Potash.

Passport is not only the largest holder in the basin with 122k acres, but it's working closely with both HNZ Potash and the Hopi Indians. This is the prudent and sensible thing to do.

Prospect Global has a significant footprint, but it needs to negotiate with Passport and deal with the possibility, (not a certainty) that it will have substantial permitting delays due to their proximity to the Petrified National Forest.
