Who ever is heading up the finance team over there must be hopped up on a shitty ISOL beverage...probably the same one you were drinking while writing this pointless congratulatory message.

if you needed gross proceeds of $8mm, why sell 6,960,000 shares @ $1.15? Might as well sell less shares at a price more aligend to your 60 or 90 day trading average. Say 6,150,000 shares at $1.30. That would've been a sign of confidence from the street that the stock was undervalued at current market prices with backloaded warrants @ a buck sixty.

Obviously, i'm still in it for the long haul, but don't spew noise on these boards.
